About Reach-Out Colorado, Inc. (ROC Center) & Facility Chronicles
Reach-Out Colorado, Inc., widely known across Western Garfield County as the ROC Center, was established in May 2012 in downtown Rifle, Colorado. Founding Executive Director David S. Bottroff and local civic leaders recognized that while generous churches and social agencies existed in the Colorado River Valley, families in crisis often did not know where to turn or how to navigate fragmented eligibility rules.
Rather than duplicating existing charities, Reach-Out Colorado was structured as a central Community Resource & Referral Center under the enduring motto: “Working together to help each other.”
